Photo of a photograph of William Otto Seal, son of Virgil D. and Bernice (George) Seal. William Seal was wounded at Normandy during WWII.
Bill served in the US Army during World War Two and was shot in the knee. His leg was amputated while in hospital in England recovering. After the war he returned to Woodstock and worked at the American Viscose Corporation in Front Royal.
