Milly and Celia (EnslavedPerson:19161) were named in the codicil to Hannah Stephenson's will. The codicil states that Hannah was revoking the legacy she had previously bequeathed to her daughters and was now bequeathing the legacy to Milly and Celia, who were enslaved by Hannah's son, Robert Stephenson.
