December 20 1880 This morning at 7 oclock
commenced to snow continued all day on the
morning of the 21 December The snow measured
about 20 inches deep the snow continue foalling
slightly all day snows continue at intervals
from 3 to 5 inches deep up to evening of 29 day of December
on the morning of the 30 december the thermometer
stood 10 degrees below zero snow on the ground
still about 18 inches deep sleighing good this morn
the 31 day of December 1880 the thermometer was 24
degrees below zero During the day the sun shining
showed a considerable moderation
