Title

Munch Family Members

Description

Photograph identified as members of the Munch Family of Fort Valley Virginia.

Originally the image was identified as Jacob and Margaret Munch, however based on their age and the date of this picture this identification is in doubt but they are most likely family memers.

Portrait of Jacob Munch with his wife, Margaret, standing beside him. This couple's grandson was Orie Munch.

Zach, This one might be incorrectly id'd. There is only one Jacob Munch on Find a Grave. He is from Fort Valley and had a grandson named Orie Autry Munch as Jeanette indicated. However, Jacob Munch lived from 1849-1928. He would have been over 60 when this photo was taken (if the box date is correct) but the man pictured seems a lot younger. Also he does not match the physical description that his grandson described. The photo on Find-A-Grave does not look like the one we tagged either.

Perhaps this is one of Jacob's sons?
