Lived in Rockingham County, Virginia. In a reward notice published in the Woodstock Herald, Peter is described as being a "short, chunkey thick made fellow, about 26 years old, has a scar on his mouth, and a mark on one of his cheeks." The advertisement offered $5 as a reward for his capture.
