Winn and her three children Fanny, Bill, and Grace were sold by John Boyle to Peter Louck to settle a debt of $833.34. This sale occurred on February 26, 1800.

Boyle agreed to sell these four persons (through his trustee, Adam Heiskill) and a lot (No. 63) in Strasburg to settle the debt.
In the 1800 Census, a John Boyle is listed as having enslaved two people, one over the age of 16 and one between 12 and 16.
