Dear Family, Well, here I am in camp. I got in at 11 last night, so I made good time. I didn’t date feller in D. C. because I met an old girlfriend right after I left you and I took her out. I have nothing to do now because the company is on guard duty and not in the area but I think I will have the guard Sunday night. I can’t think of anything else to say because I told you everything, but tell everyone hello for me.
Lots of love, Joe xxxooo
