1. How long does it take my letters to get there air mail? About 3 days.
2. Did you notice Gertrude’s picture? Not yet, the paper is about 8 days behind.
3. Did Charlotte answer your card or letter? I don’t know which she said. Not yet.
4. What is Wally’s Sister’s name? Ann
5 Have you written to Ruth Miley & Aunt Edna yet? Will do so next Monday.
6. Did your Pal Joe get my Easter card? Yes he’s going to write you.
7. How old is Va? Or did I ask that? About 17
8. What is the girl’s name you are going with now? [Bessy or Betty] Very beautiful! Lots of competition.
9. Tell me something about her? She is a swell girl and very nice.
Mother I’ll send your Mother’s Day greeting Monday. I couldn’t this week because we are awfully busy. Wishing you a happy May 8th. I am now half owner of a Buick 8 Model 1928 Ha. Don’t think I will be long though. Well I have to fallout for a parade so I have to close. Love to All, Joe
