Letter:

Dear Mother,
I guess you are worried again but as usual I am ok. Our show has been on tour for the last 10 days and I haven’t had much chance to write. All I can say about it is we went by plane.* The name of our show is Just 4 Fun, pretty good, yes? I can hardly write with this pen, it’s too big.
We have been having a swell time and the show is a big success. I guess my mail is piled up but I haven’t time to write any one so it’s’ good I’m not getting it. I’m going to hit the sack now. Will write again when I get time.
Love, Joe
