Dear Dad,
Here I go again. All I want to say is Happy Birthday. I would send a card but I thought you would like this letter. I sure hope you get to do a lot of hunting and get some for me too. I’ll get these rats over here for you.
I like to get cards because its mail but I would rather have letters and I guess you would too.
Well we have started a new show and are having our first rehearsal tonite. I don’t know just what I’ll do tonite. I guess some corny act. I really like to put these show on for the fellows and who knows maybe it will come to something someday.
Tell Mother I’ll write her next and not to feel slighted and also that Sister of mine (even if she does tear up her letters and not send them). Dad I really hope you have a happy birthday and do something to celebrate.
