Gentlemen;-

We have received from your bark tickets #26 to #54 inclusive, representing 48810 pounds of bark taken in on our account at Columbia; and send you herewith our check for $163.43 being the above amount at $7.50 and also credit you account with $32.68.

We hope you will now deliver the remainer of the bark due us before the fall rains commence.
