Born in Georgia, Libby Hubbard moved to Woodstock with her husband in 1973 when he became athletic director at Massanutten Military Academy. During basketball season, she reported “time is hectic.”
When not attending sporting events, Libby was an active volunteer for the Shenandoah County Memorial Hospital Auxiliary and a sponsor of the card parties held at the Woodstock Fire Hall. She worked as an administrative assistant for the Shenandoah Valley Music Festival.
