Photograph of the U.S. Army's Honorable Discharge certificate awarded to Staff Sergeant Charles C. Rice for his service with Company H of the 116th Infantry Regiment of the 29th Infantry Division during WWII. Certificate was awarded at the separation center of Ft. Meade, Maryland, on July 9, 1945.
