Photograph of the Army's Honorable Discharge form for Sergeant Pete H. Gouldman, Jr. who was born on April 26, 1914, in Foneswood, Virginia, and lived in Maurertown. He served in Normandy, Northern France, and Rhineland with Troop B of the 113th Cavalry Renaissance Squadron. Sgt. Gouldman was awarded a Purple Heart Medal with 1 Oak Leaf Cluster and a Bronze Star for his heroic efforts.
