This photograph was used in the 1925 Strasburg High School yearbook. The yearbook staff wrote this about him:
"Rit" has been with us throughout our High School days, having come from Fishers Hill. He is always ready for a good time, but can always be depended upon to do a thing -- even more than he has promised. He is a good all-round fellow, always ready to uphold S.H.S. and has a great spirit of sportsmanship. We expect "Rit" to enter business college and win honors. We are confident that he will continue to carry on Strasburg High's spirit."
