William J. "Wee" Timbers was born in Woodstock Virginia in 1895 to parents William B. Timbers and Sarah Evelyn Bibbs Timbers.
He spent his life working as a waiter at various hotels, including several in Woodstock. In 1950 he was working at the Homestead Hotel in Hot Springs Virginia.
He died in 1979 on High Street in Woodstock Virginia.
