I am fairly sure this is Huie Addison Peer. 28 Oct 1888 - 11 May 1975. He would be 36 years old in this picture. He was a WWI vet (deployed to France in 1918 with the 128th infantry regiment, 32nd division - Battle of Meuse Argonne), farmer, sawmill operator, and mail carrier for Zepp. Lived his whole life in Zepp. Married Anna Jane Lunsford and had one child; daughter, Anne Lunsford Peer.
