According to family lore, Louis Morrison took this picture just before Ford left for his WWII military service. When he returned four years later, Louis Morrison still had not made the actual photograph.
Ford worked for VEPCO many years. His wife was Mazie Ritenour and the couple had one daughter, Cindy Wright.
