The mill operated on Cedar Creek close to the Stickley House.

Two unidentified men are visible looking at the stone walls and trees that remain.

Identified in 2002 by Ben Ritter who recognized it. He remembered that Mrs. Downey lived in the house next to the site which was still standing.
