Photograph of a single page from a Notice of Separation packet for an unnamed electrician's mate second class who was born in Woodstock on 21 January 1915.

He entered Naval service on 18 March 1944 and served aboard the USS Munda. Medals listed were: American area; Victory World War II; and Asiatic Pacific.

The name, R.K. Stone, Lieutenant, appears at the bottom of the page, and may be the person who prepared the form.
