Photograph of a single page from a Notice of Separation packet for an unnamed "MM3c" who was born in Zepp on April 12, 1920.
He entered Naval service on 25 October 1944 and served in Great Lakes, Illinois, "Const. Batt. Main. Unit 616", and "121st Naval Const. Batt." Medals received were: Pacific Theater Ribbon, American Theater Ribbon and Victory Medal.
The name, M.E. Friot, Ensign, appears at the bottom of the page, and may be the person who prepared the form.
