Portrait photograph of two young men in suits.
The young man on the right has been identified as William Buford "W.B." or "Billy" Foltz. The young man on the left remains unidentified.
W.B. was the son of James Calvin and Louise Emily "Lulu" (Grandstaff) Foltz. He was born in Edinburg.
He married Maude (Hoover) Foltz (1888-1959) in 1909, only a couple of years after this photograph was taken.
