Photograph of a single page from a Notice of Separation packet for an unnamed "S1" who was born on November 11, 1927.

He entered Naval service on 10 December 1945.

He served in Washington, D.C., Bainbridge, Maryland, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and was discharged from Jacksonville Florida, his last duty station.

Medals listed were: WW II Victory Medal.

The name, R.M. Hood, Lieutenant (Jg), appears at the bottom of the page, and may be the person who prepared the form.
