Description
Photograph of the Anchor Inn Restaurant which was located 2 miles north of Woodstock at 23228 Old Valley Pike.
Signs on the side of the building advertise home cooked lunches and dinners. The restaurant had an alcohol license and the local saying about this business was, "Anchor Inn, stagger out".
Later, another popular restaurant operated by Bobby Cooper took over the building.
After that, it became the Woodstock Moose Lodge for a time.
The building was demolished ca. 2018.
