Wayne was the son of Clyde Henry and Mary Virginia (Hollar) Tisinger.
He married Delores Lorraine Seal in 1969. Both Delores and Wayne were from rural Woodstock.
The couple raised a daughter together, Amy Beth Tisinger.
The image on the left has a mark at the top where the photographer noted which of the two images he planned to print.
