Description
Photograph showing V.S. and Leah Shaffer's house and the Shaffer's Chick Business in Maurertown Virginia.
The residence is located in the central foreground while the business is in the set of budlings located in the background. Two company vehicles are visible parked on the right. Both have logos on the side that read, "Shaffer's Chicks".
The buildings were located adjacent to Maurertown Mill Road near the railroad tracks. They were later demolished to expand the building that today is home to Filibuster Distillery.
