Mr. Richard Newand
Dear Sir:
Mr. David Hottel & Myself have been appointed a committee to investigate & make settlement of the debt of Lutheran Church to you & get all information on the matter we could & then meet you as soon as it is convenient for you to meet us & endeavor to make a friendly settlement of this complicated matter.
We have seen parties that know about it and would like to meet you next September Court-day & state the matter to you in person.
