Biographical Text
Isaac Martin ran away in the spring of 1839. The notice in the newspaper, the Woodstock Sentinel, described Isaac as being five feet and eight inches tall, being slender, having a dark complexion, having a scar on his right breast, and speaking quickly.
He was committed to the Woodstock Jail on September 30, 1838.
