Identified by Ronald Crabtree, grandson of Harry Ritenour and son of Mary Frances. His family had the same photograph at their home.
Identified in Feb 2002 by Jeanette C. Ritenour, who also had a copy of the photograph and noted it had been featured in the Shenandoah Herald and The Free Press newspapers many times.
