Identified by Ronald Crabtree, grandson of Harry Ritenour and son of Mary Frances. His family had the same photograph at their home. Also identified by Jeanette C. Ritenour, who also has a copy of the photograph and said it had been featured in the Shenandoah Herald and The Free Press many times.
