Photograph of the Hottel family in front of their farm house, known as the Oscar Hottel farm.

Pictured are: Winifred Jacob Hottel (on the horse), his father, Charles, his mother, Allie (Feagans) Hottel (holding the bridle of the other horse), and Helen Charles (Hottel) Fahnestock.

Charles and Allie (Feagans) Hottel married in 1901.

Helen became a nurse and worked in Winchester. Her brother, Jake, ran a gas station in Winchester.

Identified in 2008 by Margaret W. Cook, who was a niece of "Uncle Charlie" and "Aunt Allie". She remembered visiting the farm.
