Photo of a portrait photograph of Helen Virginia "Pokie" (Boyer) Ring.
She was the daughter of Hugh Franklin (1872-1955) and Cara Virginia (Smoot) (1873-1918) Boyer.
In 1934, when she was 25 years old, she married Marion Brown "Bud" Ring (1909-1968) in Toms Brook. He lived in Woodstock and worked as an engineer at that time.
When Helen died, she left behind at least three daughters: Helen Sager, Marion Stranger, and Cora Ethridge.
