Description
Photo of a photograph of the Delawder family standing outside their home on what was then Adam's Hole Road.
The road no longer exists and the site is now part of the National Forest near Adams Hole (a cave).
Pictured from left to right: Lemuel, Milton, James Roy, Lorenzo, Kate, Magdalene "Madlin" (Spitler) Delawder and her husband, Alfred Lower Delawder.
Lemuel, James Roy, Milton, and Lorenzo were sons of Magdeline and Alfred Lower Delawder.
The "Kate" Delawder identified was possibly Alfred's mother, Mary Catherine (Nesselrodt) Delawder or one of his son's wives. We are unsure.
