Photograph of several buildings in downtown Woodstock Virginia looking south.
The central focus of the photograph is the frame building commonly called the "Koontz Building. At the time of this photograph it housed the Pure Food Store and Lamberts Produce.
The brick building beside it housed the A & P Food Stores.
In the foreground is a portion of the Woodstock Hotel.
The Koontz building was demolished and was replaced with a building that, as of 2024, housed the Woodstock Cafe. The other buildings still stand.
