Seated in front are probably Rena and George's parents, Konstantine and Eleni (Kotsikakis) Pappas, from Evrytanias, Greece, a region of mountains, rivers, and green hills in central Greece.
The others are unidentified but may have been siblings.
It appears that the image of George Pappas has been superimposed on an older image of his family, one that was originally taken in Greece.
Rena and George immigrated to the United States where Rena married Pete Blentson who, with her brother George, and others, operated the successful New York Restaurant in Woodstock, Virginia, for many years.
