Identified in 2003 by Willard Riffee who was a first cousin of the subject and used the 1954 Woodstock High School Yearbook to confirm the ID.

I am not sure how the 1954 yearbook was used to identify this photo but is identified as the wrong Tommy Fravel.
It is Thomas Charles Fravel, the son of Merville E. and Flora Ryman Fravel, west of Woodstock, VA. He just recently passed away. He was a third cousin of mine. We have the same Morrison photo of Tommy in our family photos- clearly identified on the back years ago.
February 28, 1936 - January 9, 2025. Died in Sweet Home, Oregon.
He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran and graduate of Virginia Tech in Forestry.
