Portrait photograph of Delane (Keller) Holtzman as a young woman with flowers in her hair and wearing a faux pearl necklace.
Born in Maurertown in 1902, she was the daughter of Philip Nevin and Mary Roberta (Spiker) Keller. Her siblings were Louise( Keller) Holland, Irving L., and Philip N. Keller.
Her first husband was Chester McDowell "Ches" Holtzman (1893-1958) and her second husband was Lloyd Dalton Feagans (1909-1974).
She is buried in Massanutten Cemetery in Woodstock.
