On the left is of William Homer Foltz, son of Robert W. and Mary Foltz. On the right, is an image of his second wife, Rachel (Fogle) Foltz.
The couple married on December 18, 1884. Rachel was the daughter of Jacob and Martha (Carrier) Fogle.
Together, this couple had two sons, Charles A. and Alton Carroll Foltz, and a daughter, Lena (Foltz) Dellinger. Mr. Foltz also had children by his first wife.
