Hazel was born in Fort Valley, the daughter of Cyril H. and Bertha M. (Ritenour) Munch.
The couple lived in Woodstock and raised a daughter, Brenda Keys.

Identified in 2002 by Jeanette C. Ritenour, who knew the two subjects for many years.
Also identified in 2002 by Brenda Keys, daughter of the subjects, who remembered that her mother's dress had come from Wender's Department Store in Woodstock. She had the same photograph at home.
