The couple married in May 1947 so this photograph was probably taken a couple of years after their wedding.
Harvey was the son of Walter Harvey and Martha Jane (Clem) Hoffman. He grew up in Mount Jackson and worked as a farmer at the time of his marriage.
Alice (Crabill) Hoffman was the daughter of Clarence Emanuel and Sallie Edna (Ritenour) Crabill, of Edinburg.
