Alice (Miller) Bell was the daughter of Cletus Eugene Sr. and Eula Virginia (Kohne) Miller. She was born in Jerome.
She graduated from Osbourn High School in Manassas, VA, and married her high school sweetheart, Ralph Phillip Bell, a farmer from Haymarket.
After their 1961 marriage, they settled in Haymarket, where they reared their four children. She lived out her last 30+ years in The Plains.
The name, "Cletus Miller", is written on the glass plate negative of this image.
