Heavily damaged portrait of Ada Mae Miller, of Strasburg.
Born in Front Royal, she was the daughter of Bertha Henry Cornell. She spent most of her life in Strasburg and was a lifelong member of St. Paul Lutheran Church.
She was married to William Leo Miller for 59 ½ years before he died in 2005.
In the 1950 census, Ada Mae was listed as a lab analyst for the "Viscose" industry. Her husband, William Miller, also worked there. The couple had one daughter at that time, Carolyn S., who had been born recently.
After that, they had an additional son, William Edward “Eddie” Miller of Lebanon Church.
