Description

Portrait of Lucy D. Riffey as a young woman. She was the daughter of William Harvey (1844-1941) and Sara Maranda (1844-1918) (Hollar) Riffey.

She married Rodney William Kibler (1892-1954). He was a farmer and they lived in the Stonewall District of the County.

Both Lucy and her husband were buried near Woodstock in St. Luke's Lutheran Church Cemetery.
