This photo is of Virginia Sultz. She is the daughter or Ed and Vivian Stultz of the St. Luke area of Woodstock. She was married to Linden "French" Lantz who passed in 1971. They had one child, Keith Lantz.
Virginia had a brother Jerry Stultz and a sister Marlys Stultz.
Virginia later married Allen Gochenour.
She was the grandaughter of Abbot Luther and Minervia Wolverton Stultz.
The reason the negative is marked "Dallas Fravel", Virginia spent much of her childhood with my grandparents, Dallas and Olive Stultz Fravel, west of Woodstock, VA. My grandmother was Virginia's aunt.
