Eunice was the daughter of Paul Raymond and Grace Virginia (Airhart) Bowman from the Ashby Lee District of Shenandoah County.
When she married in 1968, she worked as a seamstress for the Windsor Knits Company in Edinburg. Her new husband, Fred Richard Miller (1929-2020) was a farmer living in Mount Jackson. His parents were Hugh Clarence and Beulah Bell (Guess) Miller.
The couple lived in Edinburg for most of their married lives. They had at least one daughter, Melissa.

Identified in 2002 by Bettie B. Coffman, who was a cousin of the subject and who had a copy of the same picture at home. She remembered that Eunice died of kidney failure.
