Naomi was born in Maurertown, the daughter of Wilson Ira and Virginia (Rinker) Zeigler. She was was a 1939 graduate of Woodstock High School. She married Walter L. Ralph (1921-1988) in 1946 and the couple shared 42 years together before he died.
When she died, she was a retired Licensed Practical Nurse and Day Care Provider with 47 years of service. She left behind two daughters, Rebecca L. (Ralph) Shumate and Wanda A. (Ralph) Pantall.
Both Naomi and Walter are buried in Walters Cemetery in Carmel, Fort Valley.
