Garland James Heishman shown as a young boy on a pillowed bench.

Garland was a veteran of World War II (WWII). He is buried in Saumsville, Shenandoah County. His wife was Naomi (Burner) Heishman ans they had three children Marie (Heishman) Feller, Garland James Heishman Jr., and Carolynn (Heishman) Miller.

The name, "Heishman", is written on the glass plate.
