Rev. John Frederick William Kitzmeyer was a Lutheran Minister who served at Emanuel Lutheran Church in Woodstock Virginia from 1905-1907.
Born in Baltimore Maryland in 1868, Rev. Kitzmeyer died in Brooklyn NY in 1923. He graduated from Gettysburg College in 1890 and then Gettysburg Lutheran Seminary in 1893. Kitzmeyer was married to Annie Leith, April 20 1898.
Rev. Peter Muhlenberg's robes are currently preserved at the Lutheran Theological Seminary in Philadelphia PA.
