Frankie graduated from Washington & Lee University and was a Shenandoah County apple grower near Mt. Jackson.
His wife was from Clarksdale, Mississippi, and the daughter of George R. and Dorothy (Barnes) Page.
After they married, they lived at "Strathmore", an estate near Meems Bottom, south of Mt. Jackson, for many years.
The couple raised a daughter together.
Frankie graduated from Washington & Lee University and was a Shenandoah County apple grower near Mt. Jackson.
