Description

Judy Perry (Smith) Conner as a toddler wearing a knit hat and cape.

She grew up on E. King Street in Strasburg and was the daughter of Perry Silas and Bessie Louise (Stinson) Smith. Her father worked as a weaver in the silk mill about the time this photograph was made.

Her first husband was Harry Ford Lambert, Jr. who also lived in Strasburg. He was in the U.S. Navy when they married in 1958. The marriage did not last and the couple divorced.

Judy's second husband was Nelson David Conner, born in New York who she married in 1969. At that time, both of them lived in Alexandria, Virginia.

At some point, they moved back to Strasburg.
