Her family moved to Shenandoah County in 1918 and later that same year, she married Franklin H. Wissler. Frank was an apple grower and the couple lived in the Mt. Jackson area.

Contributor
Identified in 2010 by Rosemary Hynes Wallinger, who was a granddaughter (maternal side) of the subjects. Rosemary had the same photograph at home. On the back, was written "1921" in her grandmother's hand. She noted this photograph was part of a series of images.
